Since 1974, Noodle Palace has been a cornerstone of the Clark County Fair in Ridgefield, Washington. For over five decades, fairgoers have made their way to our counter for bold, satisfying Asian-inspired flavors — fresh-grilled yakisoba, teriyaki chicken & rice, crispy pot stickers, and now our new Japanese-inspired quesadilla — all made with the same dedication that has kept families coming back year after year.
