Pick the still the wire mesh is built from. The net is fixed to this frame so it holds steady through the clip instead of boiling.

Pick a style, add a section, then paint it in with the bar over the image. Sections fade in at their start time and stay. Trace is different: each stroke you draw becomes a path a beam runs along, and the brush size sets that beam\u2019s thickness. Erase removes a whole stroke.
Projection

Shoot the photo from the projector. Put the camera where the projector lens will sit, at the same height and angle, then load that shot. The art is generated in the photo's frame, so anything that moves between the photo and the projection shows up as misalignment.

Why parts of your photo go black: everything off the subject is blacked out on purpose, so the projector puts no light on the wall behind it. That is the cutout working, not a fault.
If it has eaten too much: press Show mask to see what it thinks the subject is, then nudge Cutout level. Slide that control fully left to switch masking off and keep the whole photo. Invert cutout fixes the case where it picked the background instead. Use the brush to erase leftover background or restore parts it ate.
Video renders frame by frame, so quality does not depend on your machine keeping up. On browsers without WebCodecs it falls back to a real-time capture.
