01What this program is

LinePilot is a kitchen compliance and operations terminal. Where a restaurant enables text alerts, LinePilot sends short operational messages to the staff and managers who have chosen to receive them.

These are transactional messages about work that is happening in your kitchen right now. We do not send advertising, offers, promotions or newsletters to this program, and we never will.

03Opting in

Text messaging is optional and always has been. It is not a condition of employment, not a condition of using LinePilot, and not a condition of any purchase. A LinePilot terminal works fully without it.

You opt yourself in. A manager, owner or colleague cannot opt you in on your behalf. Consent is recorded against your own record with the date and time you gave it.

You can opt in in either of these ways:

04Opting out

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages from this program.

You may also ask your manager to remove your number from the terminal, or email us directly. Opting out of text messages has no effect on your employment, your hours, or anything the terminal records.

05Getting help

Reply HELP to any message and you will receive the program name and how to reach us.

You can also contact us at support@leighamor.com or 360-703-2960.

06Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the activity of your kitchen. Charges appear on your own mobile bill and are set by your carrier, not by us. If you are unsure what messages cost on your plan, ask your carrier before opting in.

07Your mobile number

We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described above, and is shared only with the messaging carrier required to deliver them to your handset.

How we handle your information generally is set out in our Privacy Policy.

08Carriers and delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages should not be relied upon as the only way you learn about an urgent situation in your workplace.

09Changes to these terms

We will update these terms when the program changes, and the effective date above will change with it. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, reply STOP.
